wat sensoukharam

Wat Sensoukharam is a Buddhist temple, located in Luang Phrabang, Laos, originally built in 1718 during the reign of King Kitsarath, and was restored to its current state in 1957. Also known as Wat Sen, the temple is believed to have been built using 100,000 stones from the Mekong River, giving the temple it’s name, roughly translating to Temple of 100,000 Treasures.
